Dev has a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from UCLA, and a MS in CS specializing in AI from USC. As established through his work at UCLA and USC for six years, and his tech industry exposure in Silicon Valley throughout his life, Dev always found the idea of dreaming of things and asking “why not” enchanting (George Bernard Shaw). During his internship years in college, Dev experienced the elixir of asking why not to create customers with technology products that harnessed the abundance of the universe to dream of new possibilities for human civilization (Santana Dharma - Vedas) by taking computational theories, models, and frameworks to apply them in real-world applications. Given the current generation of technologies that Devyan has learned, the applications of machine learning techniques and AI frameworks to bridge the gap for developing scalable, robust, and intelligent systems is where his daily contemplation and deliberations are.
